Por su parte, el director del CICPC,&nbsp;<strong>Douglas Rico<\/strong>,&nbsp;emiti\u00f3 un comunicado a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales&nbsp;sobre la conducta de los agentes detenidos en el que indic\u00f3 que \u201cactuaron de manera indecorosa al apropiarse de valores econ\u00f3micos hallados entre los escombros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rico tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que se abri\u00f3 un\u00a0<strong>proceso de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0administrativa contra ellos. En un video publicado el 30 de junio por la periodista Francia S\u00e1nchez se observa a un funcionario identificado con el logo del CICPC sosteniendo varios billetes de d\u00f3lares mientras vecinos lo increpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las im\u00e1genes, los residentes rompen varios billetes de $100 que, seg\u00fan afirman, el funcionario pretend\u00eda llevarse, al asegurar que se trataba de \u201cevidencia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ese caso, en redes sociales tambi\u00e9n circularon videos en los que vecinos acusaron a efectivos de la&nbsp;<strong>Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana (FANB)<\/strong>&nbsp;de llevarse dinero encontrado entre los escombros de edificios afectados por los terremotos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una grabaci\u00f3n difundida el 28 de junio por el medio Upata Digital se escucha a varias personas increpar a los militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a1Lambucios, muertos de hambre!
