Recientemente cumpl\u00ed 83 a\u00f1os y para m\u00ed tres a\u00f1os son una vida entera. Mi salud no puede esperar m\u00e1s tiempo de burocracia\u201d, expres\u00f3 el animador, quien insisti\u00f3 en la necesidad de que se haga justicia en su caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Correa asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que mantiene su confianza en la gesti\u00f3n que lleva adelante Rodr\u00edguez como presidenta encargada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El audiovisual difundido en sus redes sociales est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado por un extenso texto explicativo sobre el proceso judicial, en el que incluso menciona el <strong>n\u00famero de expediente ante el TSJ (23-0606)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el documento, el presentador explic\u00f3 que el proceso judicial se refiere a una <strong>propiedad que asegura le pertenece legalmente<\/strong>, derecho que \u2014seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3\u2014 ya fue reconocido en instancias previas. Sin embargo, el caso contin\u00faa sin resoluci\u00f3n definitiva debido al silencio administrativo que, asegura, se ha extendido por m\u00e1s de <strong>36 meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe\u00f1ora Presidenta, la justicia que tarda tres a\u00f1os en responder deja de ser justicia para convertirse en una carga insoportable, especialmente a mis 83 a\u00f1os.
