Para esta tarea, deleg\u00f3 la responsabilidad en una comisi\u00f3n de alto nivel integrada por <strong>Diosdado Cabello, Vladimir Padrino L\u00f3pez y Gabriela Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez inst\u00f3 a los funcionarios a trabajar con \u201cm\u00e1xima colaboraci\u00f3n y m\u00e1ximo desempe\u00f1o\u201d para definir los lineamientos operativos de un sistema defensivo renovado, que profundice la doctrina de la <strong>\u201cperfecta uni\u00f3n c\u00edvico-militar-policial\u201d<\/strong>, con el objetivo de adaptar los mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n y respuesta a las amenazas actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria subray\u00f3 la necesidad de establecer \u201clineamientos claros\u201d al t\u00e9rmino del plazo fijado, lo que implicar\u00e1 una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de los protocolos vigentes tras la intervenci\u00f3n de Estados Unidos del pasado <strong>3 de enero<\/strong>, que culmin\u00f3 con la salida de Maduro del poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En declaraciones posteriores, Rodr\u00edguez afirm\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds atraviesa un nuevo <strong>\u201cmomento pol\u00edtico\u201d<\/strong> y anunci\u00f3 el inicio de un
