Tres d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la fuerte ca\u00edda que sufri\u00f3 durante la gala preliminar en Bangkok, la candidata permanece ingresada en la <strong>Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI)<\/strong> del Hospital Paolo Rangsit y su evoluci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s delicada de lo que se inform\u00f3 inicialmente. As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 su familia a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado difundido por el comit\u00e9 de <strong>Miss Jamaica<\/strong>, que encendi\u00f3 las alarmas entre seguidores y organizaciones del certamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El accidente ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>19 de noviembre<\/strong>, durante el desfile de traje de noche. Henry avanzaba con seguridad sobre la pasarela luciendo un vestido naranja brillante cuando, al prepararse para abandonar el escenario, tropez\u00f3 y cay\u00f3 desde la tarima. El golpe \u2014provocado presuntamente por un mal paso o por un posible hueco en la estructura\u2014 dej\u00f3 al p\u00fablico en silencio mientras el equipo de producci\u00f3n y el personal m\u00e9dico corr\u00edan en su auxilio. Fue evacuada en camilla y trasladada de urgencia al hospital, donde inicialmente se indic\u00f3 que no presentaba lesiones de gravedad. Sin embargo, el panorama cambi\u00f3 este <strong>21 de noviembre<\/strong>, cuando la hermana de Gabrielle inform\u00f3 que \u201c<strong><em>su estado no es tan bueno<\/em><\/strong>\u201d como se esperaba.
