{"id":78999,"date":"2025-08-14T07:38:41","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T12:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esreviral.com\/?p=78999"},"modified":"2025-08-14T08:38:49","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T13:38:49","slug":"ya-cerro-hasta-el-70-de-los-restaurantes-que-abrieron-durante-2022-en-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esreviral.com\/?p=78999","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s del 70 % de los restaurantes abiertos en 2022 en Venezuela ya cerraron"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los economistas Asdr\u00fabal Oliveros, socio-director de Ecoanal\u00edtica, e Iv\u00e1n Puerta, presidente de la<strong> C\u00e1mara Nacional de Restaurantes<\/strong> (Canares), analizaron este mi\u00e9rcoles en <em>Uni\u00f3n Radio<\/em> la situaci\u00f3n del sector gastron\u00f3mico en Venezuela tras el auge registrado en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/chat.whatsapp.com\/KWkTmakY3I05kNdd2oZl6d\"><em>\u00daNETE A NUESTRO GRUPO DE WHATSAPP PARA ESTAR INFORMADO<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Puerta, casi el 70% de los negocios que abrieron hace tres a\u00f1os en las principales ciudades ya han cerrado debido a la crisis econ\u00f3mica. \u201cHoy en d\u00eda a los negocios les cuesta m\u00e1s mantener sus operaciones activas, no solo por el costo de la materia prima, sino porque los gastos operativos los tienen contra las cuerdas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dirigente gremial destac\u00f3 que la ca\u00edda del poder adquisitivo impacta no solo a los restaurantes, sino al comercio en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Oliveros se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el negocio de la restauraci\u00f3n se ubica entre el comercio y los servicios, siendo hoy el sector m\u00e1s grande dentro de la econom\u00eda no petrolera. \u201cEs un sector que ha mostrado dinamismo en los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os, pero con much\u00edsimos actores\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que la demanda est\u00e1 limitada, ya que solo el 7% de la poblaci\u00f3n acude con frecuencia a los restaurantes.
