La organizaci\u00f3n gremial manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por lo que considera un <strong>grave atentado contra la libertad de prensa<\/strong>, y exigi\u00f3 <strong>respeto al debido proceso<\/strong> y garant\u00edas para ambos detenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abNos solidarizamos con los familiares y allegados de Nakary Mena y Gianni Gonz\u00e1lez. Este tipo de acciones buscan intimidar al periodismo independiente\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el SNTP en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Aumento de detenciones a la prensa en Venezuela<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n de Mena Ramos se da en un contexto de creciente <strong>presi\u00f3n sobre el ejercicio period\u00edstico en Venezuela<\/strong>. De acuerdo con datos del <strong>Colegio Nacional de Periodistas (CNP)<\/strong>, actualmente hay <strong>13 periodistas y trabajadores de medios detenidos en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>.
