As\u00ed, los nuevos valores para renovar el contrato trimestral de alquiler ser\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si en&nbsp;<strong>enero<\/strong>&nbsp;el contrato fue pactado por cuatro meses con actualizaci\u00f3n por la inflaci\u00f3n y se firm\u00f3 por $400.000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desde mayo, el valor se elev\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>$660.000 mensuales&nbsp;<\/strong>y estar\u00e1 vigente hasta septiembre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de que el propietario y el inquilino acordaron un contrato cuatrimestral en enero y si se firm\u00f3 por $250.000, el nuevo valor ser\u00e1 de&nbsp;<strong>$412.500<\/strong>&nbsp;por los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Cu\u00e1nto aumentar\u00e1n los contratos de alquiler en junio<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los inquilinos que firmaron un&nbsp;<strong>contrato de alquileres<\/strong>&nbsp;bajo la&nbsp;<strong>ley 27.551&nbsp;<\/strong>-que actualiza el precio anual trav\u00e9s del \u00cdndice de Contratos de Locaci\u00f3n (ICL)- tendr\u00e1n un&nbsp;<strong>aumento de 233,7%<\/strong>&nbsp;en junio, por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada que fue del&nbsp;<strong>289,4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, con aumento del\u00a0<strong>233,7%<\/strong>, si una familia estaba destinando\u00a0<strong>$150.000 para cubrir el alquiler, a partir de junio tendr\u00e1 que desembolsar $500.550 por
