En las p\u00e1ginas de Internet tambi\u00e9n cay\u00f3 la cantidad de inmuebles en venta. Aunque todav\u00eda se desconoce el impacto real de la demanda de inmuebles, todo parece indicar que en las \u00faltimas semanas -tras la derogaci\u00f3n de la ley de alquileres- ha habido un incremento en la oferta de propiedades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas estimaciones del mercado dan cuenta de la reacci\u00f3n de los propietarios tras la desregulaci\u00f3n de la ley. Especialistas consultados por Clar\u00edn dicen que \u00abel impacto en la oferta ha sido inmediato\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, Soledad Balayan, de Maure Inmobiliaria, coment\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u00abla cantidad de unidades en oferta ha crecido de 5.700 a 6.500 en una semana\u00bb, <\/em><\/strong>casi un 20%.
