Hoy, el\u00a0kilo de asado\u00a0vale\u00a0$5000\u00a0luego de que las cotizaciones de vacunos retrocedieran un 25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Matarifes y Abastecedores (CAMyA),\u00a0Leonardo Rafael, coment\u00f3 en declaraciones a\u00a0TN: <em><strong>\u201cEn CABA siempre se cobra todo un poco m\u00e1s, pero\u00a0en el conurbano ya est\u00e1 en $5000 el kilo de asado.\u00a0De hecho, en la carnicer\u00eda yo lo tengo a $5000 con el 10% de descuento en efectivo, as\u00ed que incluso queda un poco m\u00e1s abajo. Eso va a hacer que traccionen las ventas para estas fiestas. La baja ya se est\u00e1 trasladando a los mostradores, la gente lo est\u00e1 aceptado y\u00a0esperemos que este fin de semana haya muy buenas ventas\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0kilo de carne baja por la ca\u00edda en la demanda\u00a0en las carnicer\u00edas, que adem\u00e1s se ve reflejado en un descenso de las cotizaciones mayoristas. De esta manera, el sector incentiva las ventas en la previa de este A\u00f1o Nuevo 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el consorcio de exportadores de carne\u00a0decidi\u00f3 colocar cinco cortes a precios m\u00e1s bajos,\u00a0un 40% menos\u00a0que los actuales en las carnicer\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Asado\u00a0a $5000 por kilo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matambre\u00a0a $5.900 por kilo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vac\u00edo\u00a0a $5.900 por kilo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tapa de asado\u00a0a $4900 por kilo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falda\u00a0a $2900 por kilo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alberto Williams, titular de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Propietarios de Carnicer\u00edas de CABA, afirm\u00f3 que la\u00a0carne a\u00fan no baj\u00f3 lo suficiente sus precios: <strong><em>\u201cLas milanesas siguen estando a $ 7.000, $8.000, que es inalcanzable hoy.
