Por ejemplo, para el amino\u00e1cido lisina, la quinoa, como tambi\u00e9n es conocida, tiene 5,6 gramos de amino\u00e1cido\/ 16 gramos de nitr\u00f3geno, comparados con el arroz que tiene 3,2 y el trigo 2,8\u00bb<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
