Falsos par\u00e1metros de belleza, y figuras que muestran su cuerpo definido en su estructura muscular en nuestra consulta. Pero, ojo: con tantos expertos digitales, podemos desorientarnos y afectar nuestra salud. As\u00ed que voy a hablarte sobre los cuatro mitos en los que debes dejar de creer para lograr la tu mejor versi\u00f3n saludable y feliz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1-Solamente los hombres pueden levantar pesas:<\/strong> Te cuento que levantar pesas no tiene g\u00e9nero. Es importante que sea prescripto por un m\u00e9dico deportivo o por un nutricionista certificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-Debes levantar pesas diariamente para ver resultados:<\/strong> M\u00e1s que hacerlo todos los d\u00edas, debe ser una constancia progresiva en tus rutinas, luego de conseguir la fatiga muscular. \u00bfC\u00f3mo te das cuenta? Cuando inicias con un peso determinado, logras hacer dos repeticiones sin cansarte. Ah\u00ed est\u00e1s logrando la fatiga. Si de manera inicial es imposible hacer el ejercicio correcto con alto peso, es importante descartar esa falsa idea, porque podemos provocar una lesi\u00f3n muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-Debes cargar pesos pesados y entrenar hasta tu m\u00e1ximo esfuerzo:<\/strong> Jam\u00e1s. Adem\u00e1s, un brusco impacto en las fibras musculares puede provocar lesiones en los meniscos y en los tendones. Lo recomendable es ir con pesos m\u00e1s ligeros, aumentando la cantidad de repeticiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4-Mientras m\u00e1s repeticiones hago, m\u00e1s grasa quemo. Y, mientras m\u00e1s peso, m\u00e1s m\u00fasculo gano<\/strong>: Es un mito total. El impacto estar\u00e1 dado en tres tipos para el volumen del m\u00fasculo: fuerza, resistencia y peso moderado con m\u00e1s repeticiones, para lograr la hipertrofia muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave no es hacer m\u00e1s ejercicios, sino tener un sue\u00f1o reparador. En todos mis escritos siempre hago la salvedad de que debemos dormir entre siete y ocho horas, mantener una hidrataci\u00f3n correcta, una nutrici\u00f3n balanceada y no omitir ninguna de las comidas.
