En una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s acotada que Masticar y con el foco puesto m\u00e1s en los productores que en los cocineros,\u00a0<strong>MAPPA\u00a0<\/strong>volvi\u00f3 a llevar una feria gastron\u00f3mica al ex predio El Dorrego\u00a0despu\u00e9s de la pandemia. El\u00a0<strong>Mercado Argentino de Productos y Productores Agroalimentarios<\/strong>, el nombre detr\u00e1s de la sigla, anunci\u00f3 su pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n entre el 14 y 16 de abril y\u00a0<strong>las entradas ya se pueden reservar online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mercado abre el viernes 14 a las 12 en el predio de\u00a0<strong>Zapiola y Dorrego<\/strong>. Esta vez sumar\u00e1 m\u00e1s puestos de cocineros y m\u00e1s productores que en el debut\u00a0de\u00a0octubre. Ser\u00e1n 350 productores (el a\u00f1o pasado fueron 250) de todo el pa\u00eds y 30 puestos (antes hab\u00edan sido 20) de cocineros tambi\u00e9n de todo el pa\u00eds, que ofrecer\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>70 opciones de platos desde $ 1.000<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de un espacio de bodegas, una barra de cocktails y otra cervecera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habr\u00e1 varios\u00a0<strong>nombres conocidos<\/strong>\u00a0por el gran p\u00fablico, como\u00a0Dolli Irigoyen, Roberto Petersen o Maru Botana,\u00a0chefs de\u00a0<strong>mucha trayectoria<\/strong>\u00a0como\u00a0Juan Gaffuri del Four Seasons\u00a0o\u00a0Gabriel Oggero de Crizia, y ser\u00e1 la oportunidad de conocer la propuesta de varios de los que est\u00e1n emergiendo como\u00a0<strong>nuevas figuras de la gastronom\u00eda local<\/strong>, como\u00a0Julio B\u00e1ez de Franca, Olivia Saal de Oli Caf\u00e9 o Lucas Canga y Mat\u00edas Senia de\u00a0Piedra Pasillo Al Fondo. Adem\u00e1s, vendr\u00e1n a cocinar\u00a0<strong>referentes del interior<\/strong>, como Sebastian Weigandt de Azafr\u00e1n de Mendoza, Fran Rosat del marplatense Lo de Fran o Gisela Medina de\u00a0Cocineros del Iber\u00e1\u00a0de Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero desde BA Capital Gastron\u00f3mica y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Relaciones Institucionales del Gobierno porte\u00f1o, que organizan MAPPA, ponen\u00a0<strong>el foco en especial en el mercado<\/strong>, que volver\u00e1 a ocupar la nave central, con productos que en muchos casos\u00a0<strong>no llegan habitualmente a Buenos Aires<\/strong>. Entre otros, habr\u00e1 tomates de semillas antiguas, chilto o tomate de \u00e1rbol, azafr\u00e1n en hebras de C\u00f3rdoba, granos de mostaza de Catamarca, harinas de lupino y de ma\u00edz morado, dulces de frutos nativos como jaboticaba y jacaratia, adem\u00e1s de quesos y chacinados artesanales, aceites y yerbas entre otros alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que en el MAPPA anterior \u2013y como tambi\u00e9n ocurr\u00eda en Masticar&#8211; habr\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>charlas abiertas<\/strong>&nbsp;de varios de los cocineros que participan de los puestos y dos invitados internacionales, que esta vez son los chefs de los reconocidos restaurantes espa\u00f1oles Ugo Bhan y Sacha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entradas son\u00a0<strong>gratuitas<\/strong>, pero hay que reservarlas previamente: habr\u00e1 30.000 por d\u00eda, en dos turnos (mediod\u00eda-tarde y tarde-noche). Se solicitan en www.tuentrada.com\/evento\/mappa\/.
